Orders are fulfilled and dispatched by our trusted fulfillment partner.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to courier delays outside our control.
⚠ Undelivered / RTO Orders
If BlueDart is unable to deliver your order (wrong address, nobody available to receive, etc.) and it is returned to origin (RTO), you will need to place a fresh order. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at the time of ordering.

HOW TO CLAIM

Record an unboxing videoShoot a continuous, uncut video from the moment you open the package — this is mandatory for all claims.

Photograph the issueTake clear photos of the defect, mismatch, or damage — alongside the original packaging.

Contact us within 7 daysWhatsApp or email us your unboxing video, photos, and order number within 7 days of delivery. Claims after 7 days will not be accepted.

We review & processOnce verified, your replacement is dispatched or a refund is processed. Typical review time: 2–3 business days.

📹 Unboxing Video is Mandatory
Without a valid unboxing video, we cannot verify the cause of any damage or defect. Claims submitted without one will be automatically rejected — this applies to every order, no exceptions. Please record your unboxing video before opening the package.
03 — Refund Policy
REFUNDS
We issue refunds only in cases where a verified defect, damage, or wrong item is confirmed via unboxing video and photos.
Once a claim is approved, the refund is processed back to the original payment method (UPI).

04 — Custom Order Policy
CUSTOM ORDERS
⚠ Custom Orders Are Non-Refundable
Every custom tee is made exclusively for you from scratch. Once printing begins, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations for custom orders.
We protect you from our end — you will always receive a mockup for approval on WhatsApp before we print anything.
You only pay after you approve the design. If the final printed product has a defect or mismatch vs. the approved mockup, our standard replacement policy applies.

05 — Cancellation Policy
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
✕ Orders Cannot Be Cancelled After Placement
Once your order is placed and payment is received, it enters our fulfilment pipeline immediately. Cancellations are not possible at any stage.
Please double-check your size, design selection, and delivery address carefully before placing your order.
If you spot an error right after ordering, contact us immediately on WhatsApp —
while we cannot guarantee cancellation, we will do our best to help if the order has not yet been sent to print.
